Signal Hill
11th of September, 2009 You won't believe, but it took me just 1,5 hours to get to the Signal Hill, walk around and return back to the downtown on my own twos. That was pretty cool experience .. imagine yourself on the top of the cliff with the excellent view on the Atlantic ocean while the wind breezes are so severe that you can hardly stand on your foot. OMG that feels soooo good! And that hiking trail!!! I have fear of heights; therefore, that was such an adventure. Mainly there are no wooden rails that prevent a person from falling down in the cove. At times it was really scary - one step in the wrong direction and you're dead. I'm not kidding. Unfortunately my camera's accumulator went low and i wasn't able to capture last 100 meters of the trail. BTW .. that trail is around 70 meters above the sea level.
